1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all physical products (books, kits) across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities / Rural areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Threshold].
For orders below this value or cash on delivery (COD), shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select pincodes.
You will see the COD option at checkout if your location is serviceable.
COD orders may include a small handling fee.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s status.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
